Hi, I'm Cythe.

The amount of people that openly defend their racist, homophobic, bigoted guild leaders is repulsive, and you should all really reconsider your life choices. Just because someone runs the guild you're in doesn't mean that it excuses the shitty things they say.

???? Which guild leader is this? Probably Madelynne the internalised racist

What do Vibben’s

I'm fully convinced that if you run a big RP guild on Moon Guard, you're probably a huge tool that I want nothing to do with. This applies especially to Blood Elf guilds.

Yes. I can confirm that Felthier is a wrench and Alorinis is a hammer.

Is Tendael a screwdriver?

I bet this is from Enchilada sense he’s still so butthurt over SG rejecting him.

lmao probs

That Felthier though, what a total cunt.

lmao

Azriah knows, she plowing that daily.

Jackhammer.

I stopped being a tool after January 1, 1863.

Damn.

What are the three key elements you'd use if you were going to build a new mmo? What story would it have (apart from BoL or DA :p)?

I know the tech is not there yet, but I would go with Free Form skills. Player Driven story, and Staff-to-Player interaction via in-game events. By free form skills I mean, there will be basically say ice spell/fire and stuff like that for mages. But depending on what they do, they can create new uses for it. Kinda like how in avatar they discover all sort of new bending type. So if you become powerful enough with say fire spells you can control environmental interaction like lava and stuff like that.

To elaborate more on Player Driven story.

Say a raid content comes out. By a certain deadline if no one clear the final boss. The realm with change, say the boss expand and conquer. If no one does kill the final boss still, it will force player characters into a hide out and rebel kinda situation as the boss dominates the realm. Each realm with have their own canon depending on player interaction.

That’s an awesome idea! Server pride is such a big thing that is consistently ignored by developers.

TBH with you Everquest Next is doing that now. They beat me to the punch

After landmark I’m gonna need a lot more than pretty words from the eqn devs ):

Also man remember when lfg was limited to the server? It probably sucked butt for small realms but I loved it. We made so many dungeon friends that way.

Come play archeage. It’s way of a surprise punch to teh face what am I doing not trying this game out kinda feel when i first played it.

I tried the beta but it didn’t feel worth the effort of levelling ):

Oh oh btw you should play around with unreal engine 4. They have a $19 monthly sub now.

there’s an annoying brick wall at 20 but it’s really just a standard leveling experience. Probably worse than World of Warcraft because there aren’t rewards like cinematics spaced out throughout the xpac to keep things fairly lively but once you hit level 30 you can join your build in battles and stuff.

levels 20-30 are the worst part but at least you have your battle pet to help you along

Yeah but all that just to get into the pvp scrumfest of trying to do anything cool without some jerk stealing everything. Idk ):

As someone who played on a smaller realm when it came out it really wasn’t bad. Still a massive improvement from trade chat.

5man group matching + Wintergrasp+ realm firsts in raiding really made me feel like there was a server community. I miss it ): wtb silk bandages
